Your satisfaction is our priority. You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions.
1Return conditions
The device must be in its original, unused condition with the box and all accessories.
The original seal must not be opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2How to return
Request a return from My orders, or contact us on WhatsApp.
We send a courier to collect the product free of charge within two business days.
3Refunds
The amount is refunded to the same payment method within 5 to 14 business days after inspection.
For Tabby and Tamara orders, the remaining instalments are cancelled automatically.
